Position Summary

The Production Craftsman is responsible for producing and assembling crystal awards and gifts while meeting Crystal D’s quality and production standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure every product meets customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Sales Work Orders and production procedures to ensure product accuracy and quality

• Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage

• Meet established production timelines and performance standards

• Update production and shipping milestones in internal systems

• Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines

• Safely operate equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Cross-train in other production areas and assist teammates as needed

• Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year experience in assembly or production preferred

• Ability to read and follow instructions in English

• Basic math skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials

Work Environment

• Indoor, air-conditioned production environment

• Clean workspace with frequent movement of materials

Work Schedule

8am-5pm. Work hours may vary based on business needs and customer demand, with occasional overtime required.
