What You'll Do

🎉 Create Unforgettable Employee Experiences

From company meetings and WOW Day celebrations to recognition events and team activities, you'll help plan and execute the events that bring our culture to life. You'll coordinate logistics, manage event details, oversee setup and teardown, and ensure every experience reflects the Crystal D standard of excellence.

📣 Keep Everyone Connected

You'll help craft and distribute internal communications, maintain company communication channels, and ensure employees stay informed and engaged. Whether it's a company announcement, event reminder, or leadership update, you'll help make sure the message is clear, timely, and impactful.

🌟 Support Employee Recognition

We believe recognition matters. You'll assist with anniversary celebrations, awards, appreciation events, and other programs that help our Memory Makers feel valued and celebrated.

🗂️ Help Keep the Office Running Smoothly

You'll provide administrative support across the organization, assist with scheduling and purchasing, maintain event supplies and resources, and help coordinate office activities.

💡 Find Better Ways to Work

We're always looking to improve. You'll help streamline event planning processes, maintain organized documentation, and identify opportunities to make things run more efficiently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, office administration, marketing coordination, employee engagement, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, or communications is a plus

Location: 505 Atwater Circle, St. Paul, MN 55103
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In Office
Salary: Starting at $55,000-$60,000 annually, with compensation tailored to experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
