Crystal D creates products that turn emotions into memories. We’re looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our production team in the Masking department and help bring joy to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce and assemble products following Sales Work Orders and production standards

  • Handle products carefully to minimize damage and ensure quality

  • Cross-train in other areas and support team members as needed

  • Use lean tools, visual management, and 5S techniques to improve productivity

  • Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year of assembly or production experience

  • Reliable transportation

  • Good hand dexterity, eye for detail, and crafty

  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, and grasp
